Are the frets all STAINLESS STEEL?

Yes, all of our frets are stainless steel, and they are hand polished ONE BY ONE.

It is double action. ALWAYS.

What material is the core of the neck made of?

It is made of steel.

Does it include a hard case or a Gigbag?

No, the case is not included. We send our products properly packed in an export carton, with a super-safe polyfoam to ensure that the product reaches your hands without any damage. However, for some promotions the case (HARD CASE or GIGBAG) comes as a gift. When this happens it will be published on our website and social networks.

What does the setup and calibration included in the purchase of guitars consist of?

The setup included consists of inspection of all the components, calibration and octave of the instrument. What we want is for your guitar to receive it in the best technical conditions so that you can use it as soon as you receive your WORK OF ART.

The setup included consists of inspection of all the components, calibration and octave of the instrument, choice of brand and gauge of strings (May have an additional cost), action (height) of the strings and type of tuning.

What kind of wood do EART guitars use?

We use different types of wood, but mainly Roasted Mahogany, Roasted Alder, Roasted Ash, Roasted Maple, Roasted Okoumé, Roasted Padauk, Roasted Okoumé, and Walnut and Wenge details on composite necks, and Flamed Poplar, Knotty Poplar on body tops. All noble woods of proven resonance and durability. Each of them offers particular sound and aesthetic characteristics, taken to their maximum expression. Also Indian Rosewood or Maple fingerboards, all of them roasted and with unrepeatable heartwood. Each instrument is UNIQUE.
