CHANGES

How do I make a change?

We invite you to make your request for changes and returns to the email ventas@eartmusicla.com and/or a message to our Whatsapp Business +5491127144476. The deadline to request the change from your product is 10 days after receiving the product.

Conditions to change your products:

The change will be made free of charge within Argentine territory. However, EART Latin America does not have the necessary stock for the change, we will respect the price paid so that you can choose between the following options: 1) change your product for another similar one (the change will be free of charge if the price is the same, of otherwise you will have to pay the difference), or 2) change your product for another, paying the difference if the chosen product has a higher price.

The aforementioned conditions will always consider the prices in force at the time of requesting the change, and not the prices that were at the time of making the purchase.

No change of products will be made if there is damage due to misuse, modification or repair without first consulting our after-sales service.

How long does a change take?

The times for online changes begin to apply once you have delivered your order to the courier and the Reverse Logistics process to our warehouse begins (informed by EART Latin America after the acceptance of the Change). Once the product to be exchanged/returned has been received, we will issue a Credit Note and issue your new order or money refund, as appropriate.

How long does the process take?

We do our best to complete your return process within 20 business days from when we receive your product at our facilities.

What is the cost of a return?

In EART Latin America, changes and returns are free of charge within Argentine territory, abroad the customer must pay for extra shipping costs, duties and taxes.

How long does my refund take?

The refund will be made to the original payment method whenever possible, within the next 15 business days from quality control determining that the case corresponds to a money return.

If you paid by credit card, the credit will be returned to it. If you have paid with a debit card, the money will be returned by electronic transfer.
